Exhibition spread across various locations between Vernazza and Corniglia
17 September – 31 December 2024
Curated by Ilaria Bernardi
Opening: 17 September, 3:00 PM (in the square in front of Castello Doria in Vernazza, the exhibition will be presented, and all the involved locations will be revealed)
With the threefold aim of tracing the legacy of Arte Povera in the most recent generations of Italian artists, offering a “counterbalance” to exhibitions dedicated to Boetti and Pistoletto, and encouraging the public to discover lesser-known parts of the region, the exhibition includes six site-specific installations across varying locations between Vernazza and Corniglia. These installations are created by three artists who regard Boetti (Stefano Arienti and Vedovamazzei) and Pistoletto (Marinella Senatore) as their masters. The types and locations of the six site-specific installations will be revealed during the opening.
