Mazzoleni is pleased to announce Marea, a project by Melissa McGill. Taking place in the heart of Venice at Corte Nova from 30 April to 10 May 2026, during the 61st International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, Marea is conceived in close partnership with local Venetian residents and students, fostering a community centred model of artistic resilience at a time of profound challenges for the city.
The project has received official support from the Municipality of Venice and is endorsed by the Italian National Commission for UNESCO and by the Italian Ambassador to the United States, Ambassador Mariangela Zappia.
In parallel, McGill also presents the exhibition Acque at Galleria 10 & Zero Uno, Via Garibaldi.
