Three days and three nights of immersive installations and site specific projects but also performances and DJ sets, for a contemporary art party: the first edition of FORMAT will take place from 23 to 25 September 2022, in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States.
Among the artists present at the festival, Marinella Senatore will bring one of her Light sculptures. Together with the intervention of Senatore, ToiletPaper, the project magazine founded by Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari, will be present together with performances such as “Nova Heat”, a space designed by the artist duo Jonah Freeman and Justin Lowe, and Doug Aitken, who will present the his spectacular “New Horizon”, the mirrored balloon imagined as a sculpture of kinetic and reflective light.
