Over 130 of London’s leading contemporary art galleries are coming together this summer to launch a new annual three-day event, London Gallery Weekend (LGW), celebrating culture and creativity in the UK’s capital city with the inaugural edition set for 4 – 6 June 2021.
Mazzoleni is most excited to be taking part in the debut of London Gallery Weekend. Stay tuned for this wonderful opportunity that will bring together a huge range of exhilarating art and celebrate the diversity of London’s art scene. This first city-wide celebration of contemporary art has been conceived to become an important European annual appointment, that will draw collectors and international art lovers to London.
LGW will promote a daily focus by geographical areas, starting with central London on Friday, followed by south London on Saturday and culminating on Sunday with galleries in the East End. The three-day event will host a rich public programme that will include discussions, studio visits, events for children, late openings and performances across the city, alongside a VIP programme of events designed for curators and collectors.
