In Spring 2025, Iran do Espírito Santo welcomed the Mazzoleni video team into his home in São Paulo. Surrounded by the elegant, meticulously composed atmosphere of his living space—and the land he has been actively reforesting over the past years—the artist opened the doors of his studio, offering a rare glimpse into his creative process and sharing personal reflections on his practice.
The resulting video anticipates Tracing Thought: 2002–2025, opening in Turin on October 29, 2025. The exhibition spans nearly 500 square metres of the gallery’s principal exhibition space, offering a unique retrospective insight into Espírito Santo’s practice over the past two decades.
