Pino Pinelli and Mauro Staccioli – Villa Pisani Bonetti a Bagnolo di Lonigo

The Seventh Edition of Contemporary Art at Villa Pisani Bonetti will open on June 24 and remain open until November 6, 2016. This biennial project invites contemporary artists to invent and create innovative works for Villa Pisani Bonetti in Bagnolo di Lonigo, an early masterpiece by the architect Andrea Palladio. Pino Pinelli and Mauro Staccioli are the artists who have been invited this years to challenge themselves with the morphological and significant identity of this place. The project was started in 2007 by Manuela Bedeschi and Carlo Bonetti, current owners of the Villa, and it is coordinated by Luca Massimo Barbero and curated by Francesca Pola. The works created by the artists are designed to interact with the spaces of a private residence, in an intimate dimension which is not just an exhibition space but also a home.
